Purchases of download IWDTV, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The customer (you) is responsible for knowing the proper format and capabilities you their player or cell phone BEFORE purchasing, All digital purchases are final.

The reproduction, duplication, distribution of any of IWDTV downloads, is strictly forbidden. All of our videos are copyrighted by their receptive owners and any individual found to be distributing or reproducing any of our videos will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The purpose of our videos should be considered for entertainment purposes and not for the purpose of an authoritative opinion and by purchasing any of our videos the customer (you) agree to all of the terms stated in this agreement and agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claim, cause or action against Show Me how Videos or any of its agent, representatives or talent in the videos.

The video transfer is subject to the quality of the original video and sometimes experience occasional video interruption. This is not a defect. If such an item is requested to be sent back refund will be issued and the customer will be charged any future shipping charges.

Downloads may take more than one attempt for a download and depending on the download and your system configuration may take several hours. Before any refund in given for a download not performing properly the customer (you) agree to exhaust the granted download allotment of 3 downloads. You also agree to read the directions under download terms and conditions on the website. If there is still a failure the customer (you) will contact IWDTV for assistance. IWDTV is not responsible for any content which may result in injury or damage or accuracy of content or content usage.

No content may be reproduced withour the written permission of IWDTV.

There is NO RETURN on digital download products.

All claims for damage, missing items or errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of statement.

IWDTV is not responsible for typographical errors in this web site or any of our advertisements or during the order placement.

Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

Our media goes through random quality checks and viewing to verify quality recordings.Movies are non-refundable once downloaded unless deemed defective.

If any provision of this Liability Waiver shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Liability Waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This contract is not transferable to and third party without the written consent of the Company.

The customer agrees to hold IWDTV harmless from any claims as a result of viewing any videos sold by IWDTV.
